Terms of Trade & Production Standards
Effective Date: 2025 // Commercial terms governing all B2B export contracts
1. Sample Approval & Prototype Phase
Custom prototypes and physical samples are produced within 7 business days following tech-pack sign-off. Bulk factory production commences strictly upon the buyer’s written physical sample or high-resolution photo/video approval.
2. Payment Terms & Commercial Structure
Our standard international B2B payment terms are structured as follows:
- 50% Advance Deposit: Required upon official Purchase Order (PO) confirmation to initiate raw material procurement and CAD plotting.
- 50% Balance Payment: Payable upon multi-stage inline QA inspection completion and pre-shipment photo/video dispatch proof.
- Accepted payment channels: T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Western Union.
3. Quality Assurance & Defect Tolerance
All products pass through in-house ISO 9001:2015 certified 4-stage inspection. Our factory defect tolerance threshold is strictly under 0.4%. In the rare event of verified manufacturing deviations from the approved tech-pack, replacement units are expedited free of charge.
4. Shipping & International Incoterms
We provide shipments under standard DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), FOB (Free on Board), and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) terms via DHL Express, FedEx, and Maersk Ocean Line.
